Sigh. I try to be understanding and fair, but after multiple terrible experiences, it's safe to say this place is awful. The... food is acceptable. Not the freshest, but on par with what you would expect from a place that claims to be Saladworks, a bagelstore, and deli. The employees are problematic. They close the store early all the time and are, unfortunately, not very kindabout it. (And when the store is open, there are still issues.) At this point, it's time for the business to update their storehours to reflect the earlier closing time. Read more
A little hard to find but it?s located inside mrBagelsworth. I first tried this place via Uber Eats and then takeout.... Ingredients are pretty fresh and portions are decent for the price. Ordering in store is a lot more acceptable than via deliveryapps. They substitute items when they are out and sometimes they are really not acceptable, like fried chicken in place ofgrilled chicken. I?m not sure what is going on at this place, but I won?t be ordering again. After placing several orders my drinks never arrive... with the food. When I called to inquire if they?re under new management the person over the phone said no. So I shared myconcerns and frustration because I paid for a drink and they never put them in the bag. Her response was ?you didn?t order adrink? I said ?ma?am I am looking at the Uber order, and it says Raspberry tea? She then said ? I put it in the bag myself? Staff doesn?t wear mask, move very slow and are very rude including the manager. I asked the employee to mix my dressing into my... salad, something that every salad works offer and the manager made it very clear to his employee standing in front of me thatit?s not necessary. I cannot believe the $12+ price tag for the portions and for not fresh, wilted salads. We placed an online order to pick up at... 6pm and when we got there they didn?t even know about an online order and we had to wait longer. I also was missing toppings andno dressing was added. I will never order it from this restaurant. Gives only half of the order. I placed my order through Ubereats . Even though they... gave my refund but still this restaurant need to work out with the orders they received. Kids menu is not even complicated butstill gave 2 items out of 4. ???? so disappointed.
