I came thru... the drive thru to order breakfast at 5:05am. Waited 5min someone can on the speaker said please wait a min. 20... min later no one came back to take my order. To 5min for someone to answer the phone.. told there was only 2 people work andthey had to unload a truck instead of waiting on us..instead of tell us they could not take our order. Read more
This location just keeps getting worse and worse. The employees act like they are bothered to be taking your order and have... never uttered the words thank you. On my most recent visit my Smoky DBQP was made with regular burger patties instead of QPpatties but of course I was charged the full amount. I guess I should be happy that's all that was wrong as the time before thatI ordered DQP and received a filet of fish in QP box. Ridiculous... now I need to go ram my head into the wall for continuingto go back to this location. Read more
Not even out of the drive-thru yet and I just want to comment on how utterly rude the kids are here. Decent customer service... goes a long way. Maybe train your employees to be a little more polite to people. Read more
Super duper slow in the morning.... Fast food? NOT!! Slower than a geriatric slug on a salted snowed-in street, or a herd of... snails traveling through peanut butter. I wonder if they were using a dial up modem to process my order. It was bad. Now Iget that it isn't health food, it is supposed to be FAST food. Took over 30 minutes for 2 bagels and hotcakes (they didn't havean frappuccino's of course), so nothing special (I would think). The cashier said "Please don't be mad" as soon a she opened thewindow so I'm guessing I wasn't the only frustrated person. I was told to pull up and wait while the staff promptly forgotabout us. My daughter had to go in and ask where they found it sitting on a counter. My daughter was late for school, I waslate for work and I'm pretty sure we will never visit this facility again. I could have gone over to Waffle House, had a mealand left in the time it took us to get 2 bagels and hotcakes to go. Yesterday they were also a bit slow but today was reallybad. Horrifically bad. Good quality, nice view, and friendly staff. I got my order on time as a curbside pick up!
They never seem to know what they're doing. Consistently given the wrong order. Asked to pull to the side easily 50% of the... time. When asked to pull to the side, they have literally NEVER brought our food. Regularly have to get out and go in. Easilyspend 20+ minutes waiting on a regular basis. Wish there were better alternatives this side of the expressway. Read more
Waited in lobby for 10 minutes after trying to use kiosk that doesn't work. No one came to the counter they didn't even... acknowledge the several people in the lobby. They were only working drive thru orders. Finally walked out empty handed. Thislocation is very poorly managed. Going to Waffle House next door. Read more
