I've never been treated so rudely at a drive in before in my life. We have 3 kids and they were trying to give me their orders... and the lady just kept snapping at me about what else did we want. I let her know that I was giving the orders as they gave themto me and doing the best I can. Driving up to the window I told my family that if she kept on talking to me like this someoneshould knock her out...that's how bad she spoke to us. When we got to the window she refused our family service and made a bigscene. I hope this location goes out of business because my family has never been treated so bad trying to get food before. Customer service is very poor wirh certain employees a training video is needed for customer service so that the employees can... learn that great customer service brings customers back not just the food!!!!!
