This place used to be fairly decent. The last few times, however, are a different story. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes,... at 6 AM (no one was in line) and no one helped me so I drove away. Customer service is hit or miss at the best times. Thismorning, also at 6 AM, I ordered coffees and I wanted to get donuts for my son. They were out of donuts! How is DUNKIN DONUTSout of donuts? I go to this store because it?s less than a mile from my house, but I think I?ll be going to the one in Abingdonfrom now on. Read more
When the guy with dreads was a supervisor, this Dunkin was a lot better. Now it?s just ratchet and ghetto, and just too many... young immature people in the day shift. I try to go at night cause the young girls that work at night are more pleasant. Read more
STAY AWAY!!! We just left there after waiting 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. First when we asked about them the... manager told us that it looks like we never paid for them so he could just re-order them for us. Of course we had paid for themand the young man at the register said that we had. Then when asking what we ordered he told me that the store doesn't have eggwhites and never has had them (but they have eggs!) Then while waiting for them to make the sandwiches we watched the cook dropher spatula on the floor with food on it pick it back up and continue to cook with it! That was utterly disgusting! They were soterribly rude that we left. They didn't even offer a refund for the food we never received! I would much rather this review be0???? but that isn't allows! Stay Away! Read more
This location just can?t get it right. I ask for decaf coffee they give me regular. They didn?t put any Splenda like I asked.... They hire people who just don?t care about customer satisfaction. Hopefully, things will improve at this location. Read more
This has been the worst Dunkin ive ever stopped at. There were 4 people standing in the back, one girl at the drive thru window... on her phone, and one girl at the registers. I waited for 5 minutes and no one said a word to me. I asked if they had my orderand the girl at the drive thru window pushes my coffee towards me and walks away. I asked about the donuts because I had ordereddonuts too and said sorry we don?t have blueberry and then completely ignored me after that. I didn?t get the other half of myorder and the staff there was extremely rude. I will not be stopping at that Dunkin anymore. Read more
The girl at the window was very nice. Coffee tastes great, HOWEVER I ordered the snack and bacon it comes in 8 pieces I thought... I had 8 pieces because they stuck one small bag inside of another small bag making them seem much bigger when I opened it therewere 3 pieces and a partial as seen in my photos and the bacon and the bag were both drenched in cold fat.... My husband went there this morning to get a couple breakfast sandwiches, when he got home we opened the bags and all the bread... was burned and two small pieces of bacon. He asked for a bacon sandwich. The coffee was terrible. I hope they get some helpthere who can do a better job. Read more
The service was slow but it was because there were only two people and they were very nice, they tried to do everything fast but... it was full of people and they did a good job, Their names were Alajah and Joselyn, they are really hard workers! Read more
