The employees at this location really need a class on customer service and respect. They are kids that have no manners and... management is just as bad for allowing the poor customer service to continue on a daily basis. I will never waste my time goingback to the Edgewood McDonald's. It's no telling how they are handling the food in the back. They have "I don't care"attitudes at this location. I politely told the young lady that took my order and money that if fast food and customer servicewasn't for her, then go somewhere else. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! Read more
Unprofessional, kids walking around nonchalant, touching and caressing each other hair. Left register unattended for a long... period of time as I and other customers waited for our orders to be taken. Had to wait 30+ mins to recieve food. Fries were bad,the grease had not been filtered for cleaning it seem. The Manager seem to have no control or authority over her team. The wholekitchen just look like abomination playground. Read more
Food isn't as good as it use to be seems like you're paying more for the food and the quality is not good anymore. And the... sweet tea was always my favorite drink, but it doesn't taste the same, it's like they changed the brand. I use to look forwardto stopping by for the tea but now I go to other places. This McDonald's has gotten a lot better than the past. There were times I did even want McDonald's if it was from this location,... I do not know what has happend but it is very good. The last 6-7 times I went everything is up to par and zero errors with myorders. I will give it 5 stars once I've gotten 10 orders with no issues. this is a very bad store where the manager is letting kids run it. They have no customer service and very ignorant. This location is advertised as open 24hrs. I went to the drive-thru at 3:38am, sat waiting to place my order. I finally drove up... to the window and asked if they were open and was told not yet. WTH? I guess they just didn't feel like doing their job and willwonder why they don't have a job when it shuts down from loss of customers. Read more
