Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I called in to order about 15 pizzas. The call center transferred me directly to the... store. Someone from the store picked up and debated with me about why the call center transferred me. He kept saying I don'tknow why they would transfer you here. Me: sir I have no clue!!! Pizza is always fast, fresh, and hot. Perfectly prepared. Really exceptional pizza. They do a awesome job.

Crust was under cooked, garlic butter sauce was smashed and all over the place. Papa John's is expensive as it is but now they... too are adding a delivery charge. It doesn't go to the driver and is a way of increasing their "cheap" pizza prices. I won't beordering from them again. Read more

I would recommend never getting delivery. It takes an hour or more. & it?s always cold. Oh & I ordered a pizza online using cash... and waited the 30 minutes and called to check the status and was told no more drivers and they needed to cancel my order. Read more

Eric the manager was very courteous and helpful. My order was hot and app works well with my Android.

First off, not only did the pizza take an hour long, but when it got here the pizza was cold and they brought the wrong pizza.... The wings are raw and the pizza is just heated up, not even fresh and you can tell by the crust and every topping on it. inormally always get papa johns i don?t know what it was today. Today i got pizza for my family and myself of course .. the young lady who delivered it .. she rang my doorbell 2 x and knocked... .. she set the pizza on my outside chairs and called me right away and said i am so sorry this is papa Johns with your pizza I?mso sorry i didn?t want it to get cold .. i rang the bell 2x and knocked (we are in the back of the house could not hear her andthat is not her fault at all) .. i know how fast you have to be in delivery .. this young lady in my eyes went above and beyond.. i just wanted to thank her again. She deserves recognition.. her job is to deliver it but not wait forever .. and she madesure we enjoyed our food and just took the extra step!! Thank you so much. Read more
