Ordered carryout Pizza from Pizza Hut Edgewood. It took an hour and 15 minutes. The order finally arrived by doordash cold and... dried out. Customer service is non-existent couldn't get through to management. Very disappointing check out the Pizza Hut inHavre de Grace so much better. Read more
I ordered a pizza at 2:45pm. At 4:00pm I called to ask about it. I was immediately put on hold and listened to the woman who... answered the phone have a good old giggling conversation with someone for 10 minutes only to be told the outsource doordash andare still waiting on the driver. If I had known this I would have door dashed it my self and gotten it quicker and fresh. Read more

We were in the area so we placed and ordered for our students. A coworker of mine works at this establishment In addition to her... first job and it was at Angela?s invitation that we went I was greeted upon entry. The food was appealing to the eye and taste!Our orders were taken and we were given a time when they would be ready. It took longer than we expected but a manager namedTracy, was extremely apologetic. I wasn?t upset because EVERYONE in there was working hard! It did seem like they could use somemore help. Angela and a younger guy (maybe Ky?) and Tracy were all I saw. It was all they could do to keep up with the phone,the people coming In and the DoorDash people (I think they were, they had DoorDash bags). They somehow managed to pull it offwith a pleasant attitude and smile. All of these things mattered because I am very selective about where and how I spend myhard earned money. After seeing the staff pleasantly deal with customers who were frustrated because of the delay in receivingorders despite them doing all they could and move as fast as they could I could not let the opportunity pass without loudlysinging their praises! I hope you all will get your staff some help in the store and hats off to the ones who with a smileserved us the delicious stuffed crust pizzas we received in spite of it all! Read more
I?m giving two stars because at least they didn?t screw up the cinnamon rolls. But i ordered two pizzas like the imagine shown... and you can tell by the picture that the pizza is dry as all hell. Biting into it is direct contact with the pizza and thecheese. There is barely ANY tomatoe sauce. If i wanted bad pizza i would?ve ordered from seasons. I?m very disappointed PizzaHut Edgewood yet somehow not surprised. Read more

The pizza was thin, dry, and cold when I got it. There's barely any cheese, the pepperonis were rock hard, and I didn't see a... shred of bacon on it. I used to say pizza hut was TOO doughy and cheesey for my tastes, but I'd give anything to have doughypizza from pizza hut back. Also 55 dollars for 12 cheese sticks and a large pizza?
