Food was ready in an okay amount of time. It wasn't very hot or fresh. The biggest complaint is the customer service. I placed... my order online. When I entered and walked to the register. I said hello and the employee just looked at me. I stood there aseveryone working there just walked by and did everything else. No one greeted me or said hello. After about 10 mins someone whohad passed by several times finally asked what I wanted. I will continue to go to Hip Hop when I want chicken in the area. Read more

They wouldn't stand by the advertisement stating that it had ended but not even15 minutes prior to my arrival the advertisement... was still running on TV and on their website ( which it pulled up on my phone and showed them) but still wouldn't honor it. Thestaff tries to act like they don't understand what you're talking about but disrespect them then all of a sudden they understandwhat you're talking about. Go figure right. They seem to have friendlier staff than they did before. However, check your food before you leave. I'm guessing they were out... of items and instead of telling me, they just made their own substitutions (regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy and 6cookies instead of 6 beignets) instead of asking. They are thief?s at the Edgewood maryland store had $64.25 taken from my account in which transaction included the store number... of 4102. The manager refused to get on the phone with corporate saying he was busy. Does the store look busy to any of yoou notto mention $20 in gas and $6 in toll I spent coming here to dispute transaction. The guy in the picture is not even him. I wouldgive this store zero stars don?t use credit cards here. Read more

This is one of the worst Popeyes there is. The food is awful with no taste now that it's been taken over by people who don't... care about the food they sell because they don't eat it. The food is good but I was served raw chicken so I no longer eat here. Luckily, I did not get sick and noticed before I ingested... too much of it. The customer service has hit an all time low as they do not screen the applicants. They will probably be goingout of business or changing their name due to horrible service and food that makes people very ill. The CDC should be notifiedalong with the health department. It's a shame because this business could have flourished if it was properly staffed. Read more
