Takes. Too. Long. To. Buy. Anything. The only thing I buy is gas because of the bright lights outside at night, other than that... be prepared to turn a 5 min trip into a 30 adventure as you wait for the cashier to get to you, if there's one at the registerat all. Read more
This is the worst Royal Farms I?ve ever been to. I walked in and ordered some chicken. I had to wait over 45 minutes and the... chicken was cold AND they only gave me 14 pieces when I ordered 20. They forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy, I had to ask themto PLEASE GET THEM. Then they forgot the gravy. Overall horrible experience. ???????????????? Read more
Not the best Royal Farms, that is for certain. If there is not a line at the cashier, you actually will have to wait for a... cashier? Never saw that at any other Royal Farms. And they have limited coffee choices, or they are out of the coffee you want.Another first for me. Employees are talking about personal stuff, "while" they are taking money from you. The guy who runs this store is thee best manager I have ever met. I?ve worked a lot different retails and met a lot of managers... and there are no managers who actually care about helping the customers and making sure we are happy like he does. If I have anyquestions about anything and he doesn?t know the answer, he will find out the answer for me. Always polite and friendly andunderstanding. He?s got a good team. Do not order any food unless the black guy with the dread locks is there. Everyone else who handles your food will mess it up... and they dont even care. After what youve paid for, they get mad when you ask them to fix it. I hate the food service unlessthat guy is there. He needs to be a manager, he understands what customer service truly is.
