Rude and unacommodating employees. I ordered a sandwich, and the woman behind the counter got an attitude when I asked for... peppers, saying she couldn't put them on after toasting. No one asked me at any point what toppings I wanted. The sandwich hadmayo, which I can't stand. I then asked to get the peppers on the side, and she acted like it was a huge thing I was asking,shaking the serving cups and snarling "I'll have to put them in these." Placed order through app, when I got there 20 mins later it was not even started on, obviously a new employee who was not... trained properly left alone to try and figure it out himself. had to walk away only get a certain amount of time for break andcould not wait around for 15mins trying to explain how a sandwich is made that I have gotten dozens of times. Went to this place on Friday at 9:35PM. They close at 10pm. They had nearly everything put away but brought out a few things to... try to make my sub. Then they tell me they can't heat it because they turned the toaster off...then the kid complains becausehe already shut down the cash register & I wanted to pay with a credit card. If you want to close early lock the doors orhire employees who aren't to lazy to actually stay open & do their job! Read more
This visit I used the Subway app. I made my sandwich the way I wanted it, made it a combo and paid for it, all through the... app. I went in earlier than the time it said it would take to be ready, went up to the counter, gave my name, she gave me myorder, I picked out the chips and drink of my choice and was out. This was quick and easy. I will order through the app fromnow on lol. Read more
