The food is hit or miss. Had a chalupa meal. One of my chalupas had a crunchy flaky crust like you would expect. The other was... flat and stale. They also are having you go inside now if you do a mobile order, so I think we are done with mobile orders. Theinconvenience of having to park and go inside outweighs the convenience of being able to order and pay ahead of time. Read more

I get off work go to taco bell for me and my kids my son only wants the Cinnabon delights so I get a 12 pack some other food and... head home ..I get home and there are only 7 delights and there harder then thin crust pizza with no filling..also total was16.93 I give her 20.95 she gives me back 3 dollars and change ? Should been 4 dollars 2 cent back ..there so lazy there and hatethere job please do your job with out us paying you wouldn't have one . Read more

Food hasn't been good here every time I go. If you're looking for taco bell this isn't the place for you. Service isn't great... either. They ended breakfast 10 mins earlier as well. Read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. Employees too busy joking around with each other that they can?t get the food right. When we finally got... our food it was ice cold and prepared incorrectly. I understand it?s ?just a Taco Bell? but when you have customers paying for aservice there should at least be a standard. (THIS TACO BELL IS A GHOST TOWN SOME NIGHTS WHEN THE HOURS SAY THEY ARE OPEN. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION ^^) I like Taco Bell. They... have good deals and if you download their app it's the same experience as going inside using the screens. Depending on the shiftand who's making it for the day you can have differences in quality and proper proportions of the ingredients. Luckily myexperience with this Taco Bell has been good. I can't say the same for the McDonald's across the road, but all restaurants havetheir good and bad days. The people you hire, how tired/motivated they are, and how busy it is can all affect your order.Occasionally there will be low inventory of certain ingredients. One time I went they didn't have soft tortillas and asinconvenient as that is, I went about my day just fine and the next day I went back to get some good food. Try their breakfast.I got the Grande breakfast burrito and was impressed. It's been 10 months since I left this review and my review still stands.But I had to add this picture of a time I went two weeks ago and got home. Let's just say my breakfast quesadilla was empty andI was left empty. If you're going to work at Taco bell, at least give some sort of portion. I don't even know if that's a wholeegg in there and the tortilla was stale. I'm not nitpicking I'm just being honest, this was one of the worst experiences thereyet and I'm not even angry! I place a mobile order unfortunately I did not pay attention and grab the wrong bag. Once I noticed I called the location right... away until in the situation they were very professional and courteous and empathetic. They asked me to come back so they canmake it fresh new order for me. I offered to pay for the other person they were very kind and saying it's okay mistakes happenand they were very nice about it. I caused more of a headache and a problem but they were very professional and courteous. Thankyou all so much I really appreciate it it's been a long day and it was really nice to know people really do care still. Read more

I don't expect much from fast food restaurants- but this one was truly sub-par. The two staff members I interacted with were... helpful enough but the other staff seemed totally unprofessional, joking around & calling out loudly to one another almost as ifthey were just hanging out while prepping the food. The food was put together in a slap-dash manner with previously specifieditems left out. The dining area wasn't clean enough to want to sit and enjoy a meal there and the bathroom left much to bedesired. As for the food, the rice in our burritos was clearly undercooked. The side of lettuce I ordered appeared to have beensitting out for some time and my burrito had a few cheese shreds in it after I distinctly requested no dairy. If this were acase of an allergic reaction to dairy, the meal could have had a very negative impact. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied. I gotthe distinct impression that the employees didn't really have much work ethic and didn't care what kind of job they did. Idefinitely won't be buying from this Taco Bell again. Read more
