This place has the best employees. And the food is probably better than anything else within sight.
I hate to leave a bad review already. On 11/9/22 i ordered a steak cheesesteak sandwich with caramelized onions.. waited atleast... 10 mins for it ( it wasn?t even busy the girls were standing around talking) one of the girls behind the counter then called myorder number to tell me they accidentally made a chicken cheesesteak sandwich instead of a steak cheesesteak sandwich. And askedif i wanted the chicken sandwich instead lmao Why would you ask me that? When you know I ordered steak???? No i do not want achicken steak sandwich? I ordered and paid for steak. They remade my sandwich only for it to not have the carmelized onions ipaid 1.00 extra to have. This is terrible. Read more

Extremely long wait times, always out of stock, and poor customer service. I understand they just opened, and I would be much... more forgiving if it weren?t for employees hanging around the store, not working, being loud and obnoxious. After waiting forover 20 minutes I finally asked for a refund. The manager was rude, never asked me what the issue was, never apologized. Goodcustomer service costs nothing, and I?m sure customers would be much more patient if the employees weren?t romping around thelobby while they waited. If the plan was to be ghetto you guys should have partnered with the McDonalds across the street , theydo it well. I?ll take the drive to Abingdon or Joppa before I spend another dollar here. I ordered a burger no one called my number I finally went to the counter and it was just laying there I ordered a latte and the... burger came up for the latte and didn?t put tomatoes on my burger at the cashier was nice. Read more
