Went for breakfast this morning (10/8) ordered 2 breakfast meals and french toast sticks. When I got home the French toast... sticks were not in the bag. Tried to call and let them know I will come back tomorrow, but the phone says they are busy and totry again later. No way to leave a message. Will come thru tomorrow for my french toast sticks. The food we did receive wasgood, but since I was the only car in line, there is no reason to not get my order right. Read more
Dear Wendy?s On Pulaski Please note to your employees they are replaceable, there are ppl that wish to have a job and would not... row back their eyes when customers ask about their order. Also note that if it wasn?t for the customers paying out their pocketfor their meals you would not have a business running. I thought they said their fries were always hot and fresh. This time they weren't and that's all I went there for. I was in a... rush so I didn't bother to go back. But they were overdone and just warm. Not hot. I normally love Wendy's fries but not thatday. Read more

Only been to this Wendy's two maybe three times and each time I go the service is terrible. The workers don't care about their... job so I will never go back there again. Last week I ordered a Frosty at the drive thru. Waited on line for a while. They must have let the fristy sit out on the counter. When they gave it to me it was completely melted.
