Local resident and this McDonald's consistently gets orders incorrect. Went tonight, ordered to-go, and waited 20 minutes, order... was completely incorrect. Drove back and received the incorrect order again. During the 20 minutes of waiting the first time andjust about every customer received the incorrect order. The ice machine was empty, yet the employee working the countercontinued to hand out cups. The tea looks like muddy water. This store needs management and major improvement. Read more
Food is good, they need to brew the ice tea a head of time let it cool completely then add ice. Their ice tea is always Cloudy... cause they ice it when it's still hot/warm. I worked at Black Angus for 5 years and had to make ice tea daily. It just takesplanning. Read more
Every McDonald's I have gone to recently proudly talks about their coffee selection but much like the ice cream machine used to... be it is always broken and they do not have what I want. I will quite trying. Sorry McDonald's. Also you should let youremployees know that if you close at 1 am then @ 1230 you should still be able to get product. Read more
All tables we dirty, so I always carry wipe and I cleaned our table. It took 15 minutes to get our order. They take care of... the drive through before the walk in customer's. The topper 6 Mexicans came they did their orders before my husband and I. Thekicker is we were before them. They came in 2 minutes after we made our order. This place always getting my order wrong went by yesterday and asked for my whole order fresh and the gave me some old food the... chicken had even changed colors and the lettuce was turning brown after i had told them i would wait what ever was necessary toget everything fresh and when i went back to speak to the manager she gave me attitude for even showing her. The staff was great. Very friendly, very helpful, but that was one of the worst meals I've ever had at a McDonald's. Fries... were cold, sandwich was Luke warm and no condiments on it. Since I still had a two hour drive ahead of me, I didn't go back. Read more
Employees are great. Wish corporate would give them the staff and equipment needed for efficient service. Also, the line becomes... dangerous when long and protruding into 344. You make enough money McDonald's.... do better, have accountability. Read more
