Probably the worst Sonic location I've been to. The parking spots are usually closed off with cones. And sometimes it's kind of... confusing if they are even open. Hard to order off the app, when the parking spots are closed and you can't retrieve your order.Do better Sonic! Disappointing. Read more
Dry and inedible fry?s way told old to be served. I also ordered bacon on my burger payed extra there was none. Typically Sonic... is my go too never any complaints. Definitely terrible experience at this location. Leaving me to believe it is the lack of carefrom management all the way down. Read more
Failed to get our order. Literally waited 18 minutes it's a for two sodas so we just left. It wasn't even busy. Every other... time, hamburgers are luke warm and extremely greasy and sloppy. When this sonic first opened the food was great and the servicewas decent as well. Now, it just seems like they just don't care about service or quality. We won't eat there again, sadly. Read more
What happened to the Sonic in Edgewood?? It used to be so good, the staff was fast and friendly, now the food is so... inconsistent. If you order a burger be prepared for it to be cold when you get it, that's even if you are able to order at all.The drive thru is always closed and just about every other stall is also closed. For the love of God, YOU HAVE TO PAY PEOPLE MORE! You make money by the labor of the employees. Everyone working works so hard... and is friendly and professional. BUT it is so severely understaffed waiting boarders on absurdity and most folks give up. Idon't even bother anymore. And it makes me sad because I love Sonic! Also enough with the Styrofoam cups! Ridiculous wait times, food is always gross. I?ve had hair in my food before. I?ve gotten so sick from this food almost... every-time we eat here. I stopped coming here for awhile. But it being one of the few places to eat we have here. I knew I wouldcome back eventually. July 8th 2020, thought I would try it again with all the bad experiences I?ve had here. not only wasthere a strawberry leaf on my ice cream, I bit into a cherry pit in my drink. Along with the typical old food and it was coldlike it has been for the last few months. I ordered on the app and still had to wait about 15 minutes. Which is better than thetypical 45. Read more

Went to sonic tonight. It was a ghost town so them being short staffed or busy was not the problem. I will never be back to this... location. They repeat it back right but then still manage to screw it up putting it in the bag. Their answer to make up for notgetting it right. Oh do you want coupons for free stuff we already messed up? No that doesn't fill my stomach tonight. Beforeyou Karen's say oh you should've checked before you left. I'm not quality control for sonic. So shut your mouths, if it's tohard to put an order in a bag that you repeated back right maybe, no you definitely don't deserve the 15.00$ an hour you guysare screaming for.
