The grease needs to be changed.. The Onion rings tasted horrible the Krispy chicken tasted like old Greece also. The Coke was... not mixed correctly correctly it was all carbonated water very little Cokes are up in it. And had to drink the shake with adrink straw rather than a shake straw Read more
Sat in the drive thru for several minutes and couldn't get waited on until after what appeared to be a female employee (Sonic... uniform) and a male Mgr? (In a black Sonic uniform) got out of a parked blue truck by the dumpster. Once they finished whateverthey were doing in the vehicle, we were finally able to order. Do not go to this Sonic. Ordered online, bacon double cheese burger no tomatoes , large fries, large coke. Pulled in 3 minutes after my chosen time.... Pulled up to stall 2 and let them know I arrived. I was given a bag and a large drink. I checked my drink and it was a regularcoke, looked at my large order of fries and it?s a large cup partially filled with warm soggy fries, you know the ones that situnder a heat lamp longer than needed and get fresh fries dumped on top of them. I was optimistic and thought maybe the rest ofmy large order fries would be in the bag maybe they fell over in the bag, nope! So I drive home telling my self that?s why wedon?t spend our money at this Sonic. I get in house sit down and open up my burger, it?s actually warm not hot but warm, I peelback the bun to see all the goodness and what?s sitting on top, two tomatoes I specifically deleted the tomatoes on my apporder. So is it the app?s problem, the Sonic employee problem or Sonics problem. Why can you not get what you ask for and payfor these days. All I wanted was a nice double bacon cheeseburger no tomatoes, large fries and a large coke.
