Always loved Pizza Hut, from Guam to here in WA. Ideally, the deals are worth the price.

The rewards nor my coupon on the app did not work for me, said 25 at check out and selected the cash option. When they got to... the door the driver told me 43 and showed me a receipt for that amount. My coupon got revoked and so did my rewards item eventhough it went to checkout at the original pricing. I've never had this problem with dominoes or papa John's and will probablynever be using pizza hut again. Not sure if it's a store error or app error. Read more
I ordered a Veggie Lover?s online as Guest. However when I got home and was ready to dig into my Veggie Lover?s pizza I found a... Cheese Pizza. I called and they said keep the Cheese Pizza and we?ll make you the Veggie Lover?s. When I got there the the womanwho had served me showed me how my ticket came through as Large Pizza, which I guess is Cheese Pizza to them. The pizzas for undercooked and arrived COLD. I did not receive all of the toppings that were ordered AND it is very obvious... that the toppings that I did receive had their portions shorted. I should have ordered from Domino's. With them, youexpected(and receive) cold sheets of semi-cooked pizza dough with no toppings on them. Read more
I loved the spicy pizza. My husband picked off the peppers. He says the chicken was still spicy. I love spicy.
The pizza and pasta were nice and hot, and tasted great. Also, the driver told me there were packages in our package drop off,... and he was so kind to go back and bring our packages to the front door. So thoughtful. Read more
