I've been coming to this location 4-6 times a week for more than 5 years. I'd conservatively estimate I've spent $10,000 or more... here over the years. I always use the app to order ahead, so that I can run in and grab my drink and food and get out, ratherthan have to wait in a long line. I plan my commute that way. I was extremely frustrated last week, after mobile ordering topickup in the store, only to get there and have the door locked. My hot drink and warmed food were sitting on the counter, but,due to staffing issues, they said they wouldn't let me in, or bring it to the door so I could go; I had to get in a line thatstretched around the parking lot, and add an extra 15 minutes of waiting that I wasn't prepared for. Not only that, but by thetime I got to the window, I was handed a drink (and now cold food) that had been sitting for nearly 20 minutes. I didn't evenhave the option of going elsewhere, because I had already paid. When I said I didn't think I should have to pay for a cold drinkthat should be hot, and cold food, I was told to complain to a manager, so here I am. I understand being short-staffed, but atthat point you need to shut the mobile app off. Stop telling people you can skip the line by ordering ahead, only to tell themdifferently when they show up. Stop making me feel like a "Karen" because you told me I could plan my commute with theexpectation of no wait, then changed that on me, and then made me seem unreasonable for getting frustrated. Staff was rude! Waited almost 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich that they forgot I had ordered. My sandwich was burnt and not... even together. Read more
Come here if you want a cup full of ice. This used to be my fav Starbucks but I think I?ll find another one. Now I have to pay... for 2 drinks to get one whole drink. Read more
Parking was a little difficult when I arrived (11:00am Thursday ) nice coffee, friendly staff, quick service. Two clean... restrooms. Read more

Their indoor section is always closed. Like 6/7 days a week. So the drive through line is typically 10 cars deeps (also not an... exaggeration as I?m sitting in the line right now?.for the 4th time this week) Read more
