Very nice course! My only complaint is that the academy 9 is a par 3 course and I didn't notice until after we checked in so I... would just like for it to be more clear on the website when booking. Its also incredibly possible that I just missed it. Lookforward to golfing this place more next season!! Read more

Just called to book a tee time and was told by pro shop worker Dan that I cannot bring my daughter who is 2.5 years old to tag... along with me. I have played several courses in the metro area that absolutely love to see me bring my daughter. The way Danhandled the situation without asking more questions has prompted this negative review. Without giving me a better reason thanthe city of edinas policy?s. Complete lies. Read more

Really nice and cool course. The range is massive. Didn't get to do the dome yet but heard it's massive and cool. Busy and more... expensive but nothing as nice in the area. There is some really cool holes and the staff is friendly. Even the other golfers arefriendly! Little pricey compared to the other courses around but it's well worth it when you see the quality. NO WARNING!! 88$ for greens fee?s and a bucket of golf balls in late august, while the greens have dime sized holes and enough... sand coverage to make your ball hydroplane while trying to putt. No information of the greens condition, no heads up. Golfcourses need to be transparent about this, it?s offensive to project the idea that your course is in top condition whilecharging peak rate prices, and supplying awful playing conditions. Course is decent layout. Usually in good condition. But just always is really slow. Took 3 hours for 9 holes last year. Wanted... to give them another shot, but 0/2. Another 5 hour round. Weird thing is there has to be 20 rangers on the course so I'm notsure why it is so slow. Read more

One of the best conditioned public courses in the Twin Cities. Only reason I didn?t give it 5 stars is because the rangers... always give you attitude. Hole 16 always gets backed up on the tee box. My group rolled up to 3 groups waiting on the tee. After waiting 30 minutes to go it is finally our turn. Then the ranger pulls up and angrily tells us to ?step up our game?because we are ?holding up the course?. We tell him we also waited on 3 groups on the tee and it?s one of the groups aheadcausing the slowdown. He says he doesn?t want to hear it and repeats that we need to ?step up our game.? My friends and I arescratch players that would play the course in 3 hours if we didn?t have to wait on anyone. Unfortunately that was only one ofmany experiences like this. I normally play from the championship tees and have gotten snippy comments from the starters saying?I better have the game to be playing from back there.? I have also been accused of trying to sneak on the course without payingmultiple times because the starters never seem to know how to read their tee time sheet. It?s always something when I playhere.
