Ordered online to save time. The app said I could pick it up inside. I get there at the exact time, my order isn?t on the pick... up shelf. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to come to the counter so they could give me my order. Once I get back to work toeat and finish my break, my food looks horrible and there is barely any food. Where are the rest of my wedges? Why does mychicken tenders look like that? I spent $17 with tip and I get Air. I ordered an additional sauce and didn?t get that. I never leave reviews. But this location has to be the worst run corporate restaurant I have ever been to. My daughter loves... wings and have eaten them many places. We had come on three previous Sundays to be told there was a 90 min to 2hr waitunderstandable but we passed. Tonight we came and were told 30 min wait, the restaurant had two active tables and a few at thebar rail and there was 1 brand new server for the whole restaurant. We waited. We ordered 1 order of 15 fried wings and potatowedges. 30 min to get a table in an empty restaurant. The potato wedges came in about 20 min. The wings took another 25 min. Andweren't hot. So 45 min to get 1 order of warm wings in an empty restaurant. No manager came to explain anything or check on anytable. Take the drive to any other wing establishment in the cities. Horrible service, waited almost 2 hours to get our food plus on top of that the server sends the wrong food, she took around 10... min to serve the drinks, while we wait for the drinks she is on the phone talking like come one I came here with my family tohave a good time but instead we had a horrible experience, she never bothered to do refills or check on our table knowing I had2 kids with me that were hungry. We walked in on a Tuesday around 8:30pm. Many tables open. They were on a wait so we went up to the bar. Sat down in a dirty... spot because nothing was clean. Sat in our spot, figured the bartender was busy. Saw her for 4 minutes. She got the serverdrinks and then she left the bar. Saw her going to the front door. We waited 15 minutes for anything. A acknowledgment and wegot nothing. Then saw the bartender run out the front door after another. We got up and left. She looked like she was yellingat another coworker. We are happy we left. Don?t think we would have gotten service in a while. This was not our first, secondor third or more times we?ve been here and had terrible service or a bad experience. Order well Done wings extra crispy waited 20 minutes to get some wings that was not well done ake them to drop them longer and... the manager told me no like I paid for my food I should be able to get my food how I want them for people that want crispy wingthe skin should not fall off. Messed up my order. I ordered a wrap and boneless wings and got someone else?s plain chicken tenders instead. Not sure how you... can mess that up since clearly there were two orders on the receipt and only one box of food in the bag. Read more
