Rude staff. Rushed us to order with no one else in the shop. No wonder caribou?s going out of business.

One of my favorite cafes. It has wonderful staff, cozy atmosphere and easy street access. However, they now allow one table for... customers and don?t require masks to be worn. The table can?t be avoided with six feet clearance when entering the store, andthe place is no bigger than 50 sq ft and minimal air flow. It saddens me that I will no longer be a customer. Read more

The coffee's here do not taste very good. I know they have moved to using natural products yes. However, the products they are... using trends to taste fake and has a chemical aftertaste. I'm not the only one who feels like this and most of my friends havesaid the same thing. Weather I get a latte or a mocha or anything else so, it tastes very fake. I ordered an oatmeal one time, and it tasted very fake as well. I got the oatmeal with brown sugar and for some reason I couldn't finish even half of itbecause it tasted artificial. I used to like coffees from here but I don't know what happened with the flavor. I go to manycoffee shops and they never taste this artificial. I also get highly annoyed that they charge for soy milk and they charge forflavor shots. I feel like I can't get out of the store without paying $7 for a small coffee. In these days many people do notdrink lactose anymore, so they should offer other milk options as a substitute. I can buy a whole carton of soy milk for $2. ButI have to pay an extra $0.50 each time. That price is ridiculous because they only use a very small amount of soy milk. It'svery frustrating and annoying and doesn't take into account preferences today. Read more

Workers were very friendly, though that fact didn't keep us from throwing away our watery, tasteless beverages, and the stale... bakery. Beverages were in poor quality. As two workers of Caribou itself, we expected better. Read more
