My partner last year had an experience of being rushed out the store and rude employee.
Most of time I stop by this Caribou cofee shop before go to work. Till now everything was fine until this morning that Racist... African American lady manager happen to be working today. She was already looking upset when taking my order and somehow we gotmisunderstood with order and she gave me bad look. I asked her is there any problem then she got really mad and made a harshcomment" dont visit our store". Why dont she quit her position if dont know how to deal with customer. Read more

Caribou Coffee is a good and most of the time, quick place to grab a beverage or morning meal. The coffee and tea is always... being made while patrons wait in line so you know it is fresh when you order.
