Terrible experience, will not be ordering from here again. We ordered a lot of pizzas a few days in advance for an event and... confirmed the pizzas the morning of the event. At the time they were to be delivered, they didn't show up and when we drove tothe store to check on them, they said they canceled the order and didn't tell us. Very disappointing. The Eden Prairie locationsaved the day and were able to quickly make all our pizzas! Read more
Bad attitude . Online order. I was told it will take 20 mins more when I reached the store. But after 40 mins they did not even... start on order and said it will take another 20 mins and when asked why did you say 20 mins he says do you want to cancel andkeeps repeating ?cancel the order?. delays happen due to lot of orders but attitude matters a lot. Just because you got lot oforders don?t go back on your word and say cancel your order. Read more
I?m on the road often and unfortunately I order often. For work and myself. For the most part I?ve had great orders. This... particular time was awful I ordered food just for me a pizza and it was suppose to be about 40 min wait time and I ended upwaiting well over 1.5 hours for food. It was in ?quality check? for over a half hour. I called and they told me they can?t giveme a status update on my order and I had to be put on hold. Pizza came an hour after leaving restaurant after making 10 stops which you can watch on their map. Pizza was cold and crushed.... Paid extra for sauce and they didn?t have any. Was charged for it though. Driver was nice but I called the manager and nicelylet him know my disappointment at which point he said OK and promptly hung up. Papa j?s next time! Read more
We ordered delivery at this location and the food did not disappoint. It was all very good quality and exceeded our... expectations. The food arrived very quickly after ordering and the driver was very personable and nice. I highly recommend thislocation, there should be higher reviews at this location. I just waited TWO hours for this....... I don't even have words...... I ordered a pepperoni pizza... there's no cheese, and 4... BURNT pepperonis on it. Their tracker app said gm Noah was doing a quality check from 8:35pm to 9:36pm...... fire everyone onstaff immediately. Read more
I live a couple miles away and they always have great service. Fast, hot, usually delivered to my door. This round was not... great since we didn?t get jalapeños on our pizza. Pepperoni, jalapeño and pineapple (on the right side) is usually our go-to,but this time we added sausage and didn?t receive jalapeños on it, unfortunately. Read more
