In general, I like the product and the staff used to be good, but today I totally disappointed. I called ahead of time to safe... sometime and tried to order but kerry hung up on me the phone twice and when I got there in person, I said what happened? Shesaid I don?t understand what you said, no apology , no hi nothing. I told her to be more like an employee not a rude woman who?ssomeone came to her home. I?ve been coming to this Jamba location since I was in high school. The staff has always been friendly, quick to make any order,... and it?s always busy but I never feel like I?m waiting for too long. One thing I don?t totally understand is more for thecorporate side of things.. the signage is totally lacking, or missing? The structures have all been the same since those highschool days.. it almost feels like the environment doesn?t match the awesome service and quality of drinks! Edina Jamba was a sad place tonite. We were not greeted when we entered. We felt like we were bothering the two staff people. No... eye contact and she threw the straw. Jamba is usually a friendly place. Avoid this Jamba and keep your cheery outlook for theday. Read more
The employees here are great, but they all deserve a big raise. I don't understand how Jamba can charge $7 for a smoothie but... only pay their employees $12/hr. Read more
I usually go to the maple grove location and they never disappoint but they weren?t opened yet so I tried this location. I... ordered the Açaí Primo bowl and I wasn?t happy. It was very soupy and not the firm consistency I?m used to having at otherlocations. Not sure what was done differently but I?ll stick to the location I?ve been going to. Read more
