I work nearby and asked if they could break a $50 bill for me. They said they couldn?t which I could totally understand, working... in customer service and sometimes not having the accessibility to do that with the bills that they do have. However, thecustomer directly in front of me asked the manager and the cashier to break a $50 bill and they went ahead and did it for her. Iwas waiting patiently for some time and noticed they would have been more than capable to break a bill or two. A little upsetthat this was the experience I had. Almost never disappointed with the service and the food served here. My sister and her husband requested LeAnn Chins for lunch... at their small town city home. I enjoyed picking up our treats that we enjoyed together. Read more
Overall, this experience was somewhat disheartening. While the food was good, the prices seemed high for the portions served.... However, current inflation has affected most restaurants and this reality needs to be taken into account. Of course, thequality of the food is quite good, and the variety of dishes is encouraging. The individual menu items look fresh and delicious and the varieties of beverages is very good. The service was a bit slow with two servers looking on as the first server composedorders for one group of three customers. Nonetheless, there is room for some additional training in customer service foremployees. Nonetheless, if one is seeking fast, delicious pan-Asian take-out without too much fuss, Leeann Chin is a reliablesource. Read more
I had not been to this location before. The counter employee would not let me sample a dish, as I wanted to know if a certain... one was spicy or not, since I am unable to eat spicy foods. He mentioned because of the coofdemic, they were not givingsamples;which I know is not true, other LAC will, as I have seen people asking for a sample. Also, they have Osyter Wings ontheir digital TV menu, but don't have them anymore. Also, the quality if dishes in their case looked old and heated to much. Iwas not surprised since it is Edina, but disappointed and left to go to P.E. at least they don't charge extra for fried rice ornoodle long time. Read more
LeannChin has very delicious food, however I don't recommend using their delivery service. It's very unreliable and both... LeannChin & Doordash don't care that it's really bad. Twice I got food late and LeannChin was only concerned about closing atclosing time and nothing else. This last time it was late 50 minutes past expected delivery time and food was cold. Doordash isworthless and should stop its service--they are the worst! Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This 'food' was disgusting. No one in my party liked it at all. I had the bourbon chicken. It... was heavily over salty and did not taste good at all. I could only eat 3 bites it was so terrible. Tried the egg roll too. Itwas also nasty. Had a very weird taste and undertone. No one in my party could finish even half of their food. My sister and I love this location so much! The staff is super friendly and the man who is always working in the front gives... excellent customer service. The food is always fresh and tastes wonderful! Today we went in after craving Leeann Chin after theytemporarily closed. So happy and glad you are open again! Read more
Food was okay. Broccoli and beef had freezer burn. Gross.
