After paying for my meal I simply said a Large Diet Coke. I took a first sip and knew it was regular Coke. I took the Large Coke... to the counter and simply asked for a Diet Coke for a exchange. The lady at the counter mumbled and said here now get! ???? I thought that's it as I'm done with this establishment. Besides some of the foods we're sticky and dry. Yuck ????. Read more

My daughter accidentally dropped her soda literally in front of the workers and when she asked for a refill and she was denied a... refill and made her pay from her allowance instead of simply giving her a refill, even though they literally saw everything.These workers must learn how to be kind hearted and not faint hearted. This was definitely the worst panda Express I've had. The workers were nice but the food had an awful taste. We ended up... throwing most of it away. I did eat what I could stand the taste of though. Oh and it was a super long walk to get there fromthe parking lot. Read more
My rice was very over cooked and tasted very dry. (Which was made by the female cashier) The same cashier was rude towards me... because i mentioned them giving me one scoop of my entrée (orange chicken) but giving every single customer ahead of more thanone scoop. When i ask for another scoop they charged me. I definitely won?t be going back. Read more

They were rude and had an attitude towards me. They wouldn?t give me my employee discount when I actually do work in the mall!!!
