I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up no one bothered to acknowledge me in any way. So, I ended up standing by... the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for my order, only to find out it was just sitting on the counter. Someone had also dripped asmoothie on my can of water, which I only noticed after leaving. Read more
If you go in the morning and think you are quicker going in to toder think again. There are so many mobile orders happening it... takes forever to get your order. I suggest ordering ahead. Read more
Just visited again today and the customer service was terrible. We waited 5 minutes by the counter for help. Every employee... ignored us when we asked for help. The drinks were not made correctly and the barista had an attitude. Also, last time we werehere they put almond milk instead of regular in my husband?s latte. We are not coming back. The layout is super interesting with a tunnel for a drive thru?! Also it's a reserve store so that's great! The customer... service was OK by Starbucks standards, but nothing out of the ordinary. Read more
Staff are always friendly and accommodating at this location. We moved to the area over three years a ago from a smaller town.... The Starbucks from our home town made you feel like family, this Starbucks was no exception to embracing that culture. We areglad they stayed safe the last year with COVID and look forward to the tables and chairs reopening so we can hang out. Read more
Very nice staff, quick service, nice environment.. just a detail, my Large cup, was filled 3/4 of real coffee, the rest, pure... foam.. but, good at least. Read more
the WORST Starbucks I?ve ever been to and can?t emphasize that enough. Staff are all so incredibly rude. The wait times are... always 20 min + even if you mobile order, and that?s if they don?t lose your ticket like they have with half of my coffeeorders. Read more
