One of the best customer service experiences I've had in awhile. The waitress was attentive but not overwhelming. Great... recommendations and responded quickly. Food was great/hot and fresh! Busy parking lot, pay attention to what direction the laneis going for better chance of finding a parking spot. Music is prime and sets a real mellow romantic mood. One of our favorite places. Great seating area with outdoor patio. Cheesecake/ dessert station and a full bar. Great portions.... Our server was nice. Warm bread were offer few minutes after we sit down. Airy and crispy calamari, potstickers were a littletoo salty for me, I?ll ask for the sauce on the side next time. You can?t go wrong at The Cheesecake Factory! Large portions at reasonable prices. We had the factory nachos today as well as... the brussel sprouts and both were great! We?ve eaten at many of their locations, and this was definitely on par with others thatwe have visited. We also got some tasty cheesecake to go. Don?t hesitate to visit this location! Read more
Reservation policies are utterly stupid. They don't do online reservations for bigger groups. I've frequently had groups of size... 10-18 people. They made us reservation spot only in person, and then wait for 1-2 hours for table to be ready. They convenientlywasted 10-18's time and experience every single time. We preferred this place because they have varied menu, and something foreveryone. I don't think we'll visit Cheesecake Factory itself anymore, I'd also NOT recommend this place for groups more than 4people. Read more
For a place called "The Cheesecake Factory" it certainly did not look like one. More like a palace. The menu is absolutely vast... in cheesecake choices alone, let's not even talk about the rest. But I give it a three star... because the food is all right I think it?s more about the experience than anything. Cheesecake is always a nice vibe and greatlighting. It is more on the pricey side, average 18$ a plate? the cheesecake is most definitely worth it though! Perfect placefor a first date ? I would recommend. It was my first time here and my bf took me out for a birthday dinner. This place is absolutely amazing with delicious food... (plenty to choose from) and amazing staffs. To start off, their wheat bread with warm, soft and fluffy with a tint of sweetnessto it. Spread some butter onto that and take a bite?Omg it just melts in your mouth! Both entrees we ordered was just sooo goodthat we couldn?t stop complimenting and mention that we have to make another trip back to the Cheesecake Factory once more. Bestplace for dinner!!!!!! I love the service there. The waitress was sooo nice. My bf and I love our dishes that we got. It was delicious. I always seem... to get the same pasta but today I got a different pasta and it was yummy. The paste I got was the spicy chicken Chipotle pasta.It has a bit of spicy with sweetness and the tortilla strips went well with it. My bf got the chicken Madeira and steak Dianewhich was a combo and it was the good amount and steak was cook how we ask for. The chicken was great too, not dry but veryfavorable. My bf also got an omelet and that omelet was stuff which was the best part and their potato was exactly how I like mypotato. Also my drinks was soooo good that you can?t even taste the alcoholic. It?s just a smoothie. The drink I got was calledGeorgia Peach. Overall everything was so delicious and the cheesecake was a plus. Read more
