Passing by tables food look generous and... american food menu has entrees, apps, dessert, etc. Gluten free is not easy at this location. Bartender friendly. We had Edinboro Hotel cater for our wedding back in August and they were WONDERFUL. Pat was even on vacation a week before my... wedding and was texting me asking if I needed anything and answered all my questions when I had them. He is a very nice guy, hisstaff is professional and super friendly and lets not forget about the food. WOW. I had an Italian buffet and everyone wasraving on about how good the food was, even weeks after our wedding. Food was great tonight ordered a salmon salad poutine fries and a club wedge everything was great. Salad was fresh and crisp and... salmon was cooked and seasoned nicely, fries had an awesome amount of gravy and the wedge was delicious. Traveled well incontainers from Boro to Waterford. Thank you!
