Terrible service. Terrible customer relations. I rode my mountain bike 22 miles to this place and stopped for breakfast. Nobody... was paying attention to the counter so I ordered at the kiosk, went and sat down and waited for my food. When it came I saw Ineeded ketchup for the hash browns. There was no dispenser in the lobby so I went to the counter. Everyone's back was to thecounter. I kept saying "Excuse me!" ? ?Excuse me!" but no one would turn to acknowledge me. I went up to the guy working in thelobby and asked how I could get some ketchup. He looked over to where the dispensers usually sit (but weren't there) and hesaid, "Well, they don't have the dispensers out." and went back to sweeping. I said to him, "They've got to have packets for thepeople in drive-thru." He acted like I was bothering him and reluctantly made his way to the counter and got a worker'sattention. They acted bothered that I would ask for ketchup and like I was inconveniencing them. I did finally get someketchup. Later I went up for a coffee refill. And again the same thing. Couldn't get their attention and when I did, it was abother for them to give me a refill. Not highly impressed. Food was mediocre, service was terrible and slow. This McDonald's isa joke. They have finally redone the parking lot,which was nothing but pot holes. There staff not all could use some training on how to... deal with the public such as attitude and respect. Some are overly rude. If you don't want to deal with the public your in thewrong field. Read more

Having a special day with my daughter. Stopped here for lunch and was so disappointed. Waited for service while several... employees stood around. Got waited on, looked for a place to sit and eat, every single table was filthy. I had to clean onemyself, remove garbage and wipe down with hand sanitizer I had in my bag. There were no cups stocked to get my daughter a soda,the soda area was absolutely filthy. Then I needed to go back up to the counter to get her a straw because there were none, anolder got frustrated waiting while they were just standing around talking and had to knock on the counter to get someone'sattention. Wow so I was charged 7.00 for this and it had no cheese and one slice of bacon just thrown into a dish like it was scooped off... of the floor !!! Not to mention I waited 10 minutes for it at the drive through and when I called Devin the shift manager wasnot willing to correct it ! Stay away from McDonald?s in Edinboro pa !! The only McDonald's that's local. Staff so far has been great. I have a service dog and have gone twice with him three times... without. Both times I went with him I was NOT hassled or treated rudely. It was a pleasant experience. BUT I would perfer I wasasked the two legal questions, 1.) "Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?" and (2) "What work or taskhas the dog been trained to perform?" As my disability related need for my service dog is not obvious. I would be glad to comein and educate staff if wanted. Read more
