The food is good, but music from bar area is way too loud. If they could separate the bar with a big clear window or wall it... would help diminish the loud sound. Plus I was disappointed to find out you cannot make a reservation for a table. Read more
Don?t try and crack a joke at this girl Ruby cause she will accuse you of being intoxicated. I honestly wish I asked for another... server immediately after she took our order. She literally has no sense of humor. We were happy being funny and the rigid servertold the manager Doris that my sister was slurring her words. Ruby accused my sister of slurring when ordering, oh but stillgave her a drink. Ruby came to our table only to take our order and she was able to pass judgement in that moment. We never sawRuby after she took our order. Other people brought our food to the table. I?m never coming here again. The only positive is thefood was fast. We all came from a long day of work to be treated like alcoholics. Tip: don?t drink alcohol and look like yourhaving a good time. If Ruby is your server and you plan to order alcohol; request another server. She needs to be retrained incustomer service and TABC! I will not support their restaurants. And because all of this un necessary drama my nephew didn?teven get his ice cream, which she said she will put it in last and she didn?t. Read more
What a horrible experience. I haven't been to a Chili's in a good 4 years. For some reason I thought it would be nice to try... something different. Never, never again. To start off, our drinks, Long Island ice teas, had all ice, very little drink andcouldn't taste any liquor. Ordered a steak. 6oz, medium rare steak. It was like rubber. Couldn't chew it. Tried their chicken nachos and Margarita (mango), nachos was was yummy and I really liked their margarita, so fresh and chilling... though not so hard, good for a beginner like me. The place is big and yeah overcrowded too, the service was bad, we wait forlike 10-15 minutes and no one came to take orders and after placing order they took too much time. Great service pretty much all the time, our waitress seemed a bit new but everything is still good. Drinks do take a while to... order but just probably because the bar was full. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my only complaint was that my tray of guacand sour cream was brought out early and it got warm and my rice was a bit burnt. Read more
Fantastic Food, Excellent service!! Our waiter was awesome, our drinks never hit the bottom. Extremely pleasant and helpful. A... good waiter is hard to find these days, but Chilis has a good one. We ordered the chips and guacamole, and also a bowl of Chilifor starters. The Chili was great!! For entres we ordered a steak which was cooked to perfection and the Honey Chipotle chickenCrispers with double loaded mashed potatoes. Excellent food!! I usually get the pasta plate but went on Friday to try the Ribs, did not disappoint. Ribs meat basically fell of the bone.... Fries were good and the Street corn was better than expected!. As many times as I've visited Chili's I still have a few itemsthat I have to try. I'll be back! Read more
