I go to my closest Dairy Queen in Edinburg when my faithful partner , Starr , is hungry or wants a treat. Dairy Queen always... offers to give Starr a "Pup Cup" of ice cream ! When Starr was given to me , she was a little puppy. Starr will see me gettingready to leave and she will dash for the car door. It's been 3 years now and Starr weighs 100 lbs and still loves those DairyQueen treats they give her ! I've been going to Dairy Queen since I was a kid, and I still love going there !! Read more
Very bad customer service. Came to dine in at 8:59 pm. Manager Laura does not know how to run her team. Everyone seemed lost.... Many customers complaining. We asked for certain things and she would say no we don?t have any. A lot of the drinks were notavailable. The sweet tea was expired by 5 hours. Many cars trying to get out of line in drive thru. I went to Dairy Queen to buy some blizzards for my family. We went through the drive thru. When the gave them to us, they... appears to have been a bit melted. They didn?t turn them upside down before giving them to us. They probably would have fell outof the cups. I live 3 miles from this DQ and two of the blizzards had melted so bad they leaked on my lap. When I got home I hadto put them in new cups so they wouldn?t spill. I under stand sometimes ice cream machines have issues. That?s fine but tell usand don?t serve meted ice cream. Read more
Food is sorta always either not cooked properly or just not right. The new drive through lay out is really messy and the parking... lot is even more cramped now. Not sire how people can go in and out if they're gonna exit or enter the drive thru consideringthey have one exit and entrance for it. They have plenty of employees, yet it doesn?t matter if you order at the drive thru or in store they take a long time. I was... standing in the store while the register was left unsupervised and two employees were just talking. Customers were waiting to behelped. All I ordered was a blizzard and took more than 15 minutes to get it. While the one and only person manning the icecream took a long time to get to my order. Read more
