10/10 recommend! The staff was welcoming, the ambiance was great! Very clean & polished. The menu is easy to read. I had the Bun... Bo Hue, a soup similar to Pho. Flavorful & spicy made with vermicelli noodles, eye round steak, & brisket. It was fantastic.Tastes like a home cooked meal by a grandmother with secret recipes. The veggies were all very fresh. I also ordered the ShrimpSpring Rolls. They?re quite generous in portion & again very fresh and good quality veggies & the peanut sauce is wonderful. Iwill be back for more! Came in for week day lunch. Nice clean dining area. Beautiful murals. I'll start with the tea, refereshing. Ordered the pork... with vermicelli bowl. Pork lacked a little spice..but ok. Bowl had bean sprouts, carrots, and cucumber, vermicelli..superfresh. Served with a light fish sauce. Ordered egg rolls, they were good. My friend had rice, shrimp and sausage. She said itwas tasty. Since Snowbite (my favorite) moved to Pharr, we decided to try out this new Vietnamese restaurant in Edinburg, on Trenton and... Jackson. I had a huge plate of shrimp fried rice which was delicious and plenty to take home for another meal. The restaurant isvery clean and cute, with a cool mural on the wall. Service was very good too. This place is the bomb! Everything is so fresh and packed with flavor. Started my lunch with an order of egg rolls which were... fried to perfection then decided to go for the chargrilled pork plate and it was DELICIOUS! Portions are perfect! i also got achance to try the spicy beef noodle soup and the rare stake noodle soup which had so much flavor with every spoonful i?lldefinitely be back for more. Read more
Do you want a break from Ramen Soups?! This is the place to try. I ordered the fried dumplings, spicy beef noodle soup,... chargrilled pork w/ jasmine rice, and ice coffee. Everything was delicious and fresh. I appreciate the server picking upfinished plates and good timing on refills. The manager was super sweet and made sure our experience even better. I always get the Chargrilled pork and their incredible egg rolls! I can confidently say I have never had egg rolls as perfect as... these are. Soft and delicious pork inside a crispy flakey wrap...you'll want to wrap your egg roll in the lettuce they give youand dip that bad boy in their fish sauce.
