If I could rate zero stars, I would. Ordered the Italian cheese bread, and was given stuffed crazy bread. Called store and spoke... to manager Joe(was very rude) he gave me a credit. I return a few days later to claim my wrongful order and the employees mustbe incoherent and give me un-seasoned crazy bread. Seriously get it together and pay attention. Do better! Good food. This is the best little Ceasars in Edinburg,we've tried them all.
I always have great experiences. Never have issues.. Pizza is always fresh out of the oven.
Slowest pizza place ever… Even with 10 employees in the back they will have long lines inside and out.
I placed an order at the window at 6:35 pm. Finally at 7:30 someone asked me what I was waiting for. I tried calling from 6pm... until my order was ready. They had taken the phone off the hook so it wouldn't ring! No excuse for this poor service!!! Read more
This is getting ridiculous. I’ve ordered twice from the app and both times my orders were not ready. I even came 5 mins after... the “scheduled” pick up time and it was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 25 mins for my order. And mind you italready takes 30-40 mins for the order and to have to wait an additional time is absolutely ridiculous. Yet there is tons of hotand readys, what’s the point for ordering online if my order isn’t going to be ready? I shouldn’t have to wait an hour formy order to be ready. Absolutely Horrible. Read more
This is the worst Little Cesar's I've been too. This is the 4th time that we pre order and we wait the 30-40 mins to pick up and... they NEVER, I mean NEVER have it ready. We end up waiting and extra 15-20 mins to get our order. What is the use of pre orderingto have it ready when they never have it ready? It makes no sense what so ever. I enter the store ask for my order and all theyever say is "we are waiting in the pizzas to come out." Freaking ridiculous!!!! Worst worst worst!!! I'm usually a patientperson but come on...
