It's hit or miss. I call and ask for my bread sticks without parm, just butter and 4/5 times they have to remake it and I end up... waiting 30 minutes from my first call. One female manager is very kind and accurate about this request though. Read more
I am highly dissatisfied with the company! I do not know why this location is more expensive than others. Maybe because it's in the center of the city? But what really... grinds my gears is on top of the higher prices, they give you less than half a container of sauce for your breadsticks. I go toother locations often during the month. This location is the only one that does this with a higher prices. I can only assume itmust be a different franchisees owner than the others. Will never go back.
