This is a nicer restaurant. Business professional dress kind of place. It was clean and all the staff was friendly. We went for... a late lunch. I ordered the fajitas and was disappointed. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been made a long time ago.And it was served on a bed of onions! Only onions, no bell peppers or anything else. My tortillas were over cooked and hard. Really disappointed. I've always heard really good things about this place, the staff was super friendly and the vibe was... perfect but our entrée was subpar at best. My chicken was extremely dry and cold and my wife's dish was the same. Theappetizers were the only redeeming factor. Both of them were top notch. Good food. Excellent ambience. A bit pricy for the level offered. But they do have a good selection.
The food was excellent! The papitas endiabladas, choriqueso, and guac were amongst the best appetizers I?ve ever had. The Chile... relleno with picadillo was good as well as the dessert. Place looks good as new and I definitely will be back every time I comeback home to visit. Read more
Had lunch on a Thursday, waited forty five minutes before I could flag a server down to take our order. Ordered fajita tacos... with corn tortillas and fideo. Each taco was wrapped individually with foil paper. While the fajitas were good and tender,they were served cold. Not impressed. Read more
It's alright, but we were disappointed with the food and flavor. It's pretty bland and basic Mexican food. For the price, it's... not worth it. Update: I reached out and corresponded with them. They asked for my phone number and said they'd call, but thatnever happened. I really do hope they continue to improve because I enjoy having great restaurants in the RGV! Read more
