I understand when people want to leave and not want customers too think they're open, but at the end it isn't right to turn off... lights outside of building to make it seem like they close but they actually still open for another hour. So bad. Read more
Went a while back, and all three plates I ordered had very little portions the fried rice was also mediocre at best, unsure as... to why this happened as they just opened at a convenient spot in Edinburg. Honestly your best bet for fast/good Asian food isthe Lin?s right on the same road. Edit: So I?ve eaten here a couple times, again portions is usually on the low side you have tonot be there when there?s a lunch rush because at best you?re going to get mediocre food. There's one, ONLY one person who actually makes the orders right, and stays on top of everything, very smooth operator and helps... the employees when its busy. Her name is Ashley. She was very nice, very calm, and when she noticed there was a rush, she justjumped right in! She helped her employees and made sure EVERYONE got their orders right and would even double check!. WhenAshley works, she does a wonderful job!!! On the other hand compared to her male manager, he caused a toxic work environment,made mistakes and had the employees take responsibility for his mistakes. Today, 5/3/2022, at about 730pm, my wife ordered two food plates from Panda Express in Edinburg, University Drive. It was the... orange chicken and The other was a beef vegetable plate. This is the second time we order from this place and both experienceshave been less than favorable. The beef was breaded in the outside but it was a very unusually dark color almost purple. Thetaste was of the beef was bad, very dry on the inside and fibrous. The chicken was slimy and had a distinct unpleasant odor toit. The ?fried? rice was far from fried, it looked just steamed and like they just added a drop of sesame oil and veggies, itwas TASTELESS. Not to mention the noodles, they were just as bad. Even the egg roll had no pleasant taste to it. Disappointingexperience. I hope the manager reads this review and corrects what used to be an otherwise tasty fast food choice. Not for nowthough. Mushroom chicken with 1/2 chow main 1/2 fried rice was DELICIOUS! (Expect a long line in drive thru but moves quickly!)
I'm not gonna lie, this place is mid compared to the one in Weslaco. I went recently and the amount of orange chicken given to... me felt tiny. I might've just been hungry and expected more but I'm almost 100% sure I've gotten more than this. Read more
