The services here was fantastic our server Walter was on point. I had the 6 oz sirloin and ribs. The meat from the ribbs just... peeled off the bone and the steak was spot on perfect. So the wait time to be seated was short considering how packed it was. So that was awesome. The waitress we got was very... friendly, warm, and welcoming. She was very attentive, would diligently ask if everything was okay and if we needed anythingwithout being overly watchful. The floor manager was also very attentative going around tables making sure the customers werehappy. The food was amazing! I ordered a medium cooked New York strip steak. I was craving a Prime rib steak so I went to one place I knew would have it! Good food, friendly staff and cold beer!
Not sure why they got such a high rating. The quality of steak here is horrible. I had to send my steak back the first time only... to receive a low quality of steak that was not cooked right. With that thin of a steak, I can see why they can't get it right. 1star for good service. I got a 12oz ribeye and ordered mind medium. Ask yourself would I eat this. If you wouldn't don't stophere. Well, first of this was the first time my husband and I visited this Texas Roadhouse in Edinburg. There is a few things I didn't... like, first they opened at 3pm which is crazy, second server just came about twice and that's just to serve and refill ourdrinks. What I didn't like is I had to get up from my table and go and ask if they had boxes to go and ask for my bill. I meancome on now. Other than that appetizer was good, small but expensive but the main entree's were delicious well, at least minewas, I had the beef tips, strongly recommend. Read more
I usually have a pleasant time with this location. Every other Saturday afternoon I pick up a to go order. This time around... they forgot my extra bread, no utensils, sides were cold and my loaded fries were extremely underwhelming. The steak and ribswere still great though, hopefully ill have a better experience next time. Read more
In my humble opinion, Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. I always get the fried catfish because I never want to risk missing out... on a good meal just to try something new. My mom shared some of her pork ribs with me and I was surprised by how good they were.Now I have 2 dishes to look forward to. Read more
First time here and there will definitely be a second time! loved the fresh baked bread and our sweet potato, just wished tater... skins were a little softer instead of crispy. Our waitress Dayanna was really sweet and kind she gave a really good servicealthough our food came out after 11:00p.m she waited until we were done eating, kept an eye on our drinks for a refill and wasvery polite.
