I am very disappointed on my Whataburger order # 560891 today. I clearly ordered a number 2 with cheese with no onions, and so... on. I was giving my order clearly and calmly as not to be any confusion on my order. During my order the attendant interruptedme like 5 times asking me what drink I wanted. I get to my office only to find out that my burger had no cheese and worst founda curly hair on the lid of my drink. Train personnel to listen to the customer. Forgetting about having burger my way. Inormally visit this location 2 times weekly and usually have mistakes every 4 visit. Never found a curly thin hair before, nowI have. Read more
My friends I frequent this whataburger alot even though I have one just 2 minutes away but the flavor of burgers that this grill... is home fun out of the park, puro come on down????. Now here is my story. I came on Sunday after church and placed my order andthey got it wrong. Well they put my name down or whatever the protocol is. Today now Wednesday I come to collect my replacementmeal and guess what the exact same thing happened again they didn't get it again. I didnt get upset and decided to settle again.I decided to look at the things they did absolutely right. 1) leonidas greeted me nicely as I ask to speak to Tony themanager 2) Tony was absolutely respectful and concerned Took my oder to the "t" but somehow the cooks got it wrong which Icould understand.
