Waited 25 minutes for my food to come out raw, made me sick throughout the day. My friend who ordered right behind me received... his food 10 minutes after receiving my plate. Definitely recommend this spot for a stomach cleansing or a lounging area forhangouts. Otherwise I do not recommend this Wingstop spot. Place was at least clean too gotta give em a star for that. Came in around 5ish to eat dinner. No problems ordering or finding an area to sit. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was... clean and very cold ????. Food was great. Only down side one of there coke machines doesn't work. Had to wait to get some iceand refreshments. Read more
I've stopped being a Wingstop customer back in 2013ish. Since then, I've come across it at most three times and on an account of... other people's choice. Anyway, the chicken sandwich had peaked my interest lately and finally decided to go and see for myself.I was curious about the Cajun flavor sandwich. I wasn't impressed. Chicken was slightly undercooked and or the breading was justvery soggy. I expected more of a crust texture. Mind you I live outta town and have been around numerous Wingstop locations.Needless to say, I was still disappointed and would not get that sandwich again. As far as this location, it was rather slow onfood prep and seemed to have served us two sandwiches alike. Place wasn't even crowded or packed. We waited about 25 min for twochicken sandwiches which quality was no better than long John silver's po boys. The fries were still good. But to clarify, it'snot about this location, I just feel that way about almost every Wingstop I've been to since 2013 and get reminded why I stoppedgoing all together. Read more
Called in my Oder an hour before picking up & still had to wait 30 for our food to be ready! People in the front just messing... around food coming out & I myself had to ask who?s Oder it was before they acknowledge it ! Never coming here again Read more
They have multiple signs on the door that say open til midnight 7 days a week. But several times I've shown up before 10pm and... the doors are locked and employees will walk to the back and ignore us and ignore phone calls. Terrible. There is no way theyhave this many 5 star reviews, they must be mostly fake. Read more
The question is why the 1 star? Because the order was taken quickly and correctly! The girl at the front (didn't get her name,... tall slender) was polite and quick about it. The order itself came out quickly too and was hot when it arrived at thetable. The problem? That I lost my appetite arguing over a single sauce container that my order was missing. Actually, itwasn't exactly the missing sauce. It was the attitude about it. I asked 2 different girls three different times and then I hadto speak with a manager on top of that just to get my sauce. I spent $32 dollars and change tonight to argue about a sauceworth about $1 if I'd paid for it, though it should have come with my order originally without my need to intervene. Rating onthe food alone would have been 5 stars and a glowing review. Having to go through 3 different people for a single missing sauceand deal with poor attitudes and backtalk was unexpected and not welcomed. Thank you to the cooks who made my food perfectly toorder.
