I went through the drive thru and ordered my food they forgot to put the ranch on my wife's ranch and Swiss roast beef sandwich... and they gave me a completely wrong sandwich for my order. I ordered the wagyu burger but I got a classic roast beef withlettuce and mayo. Not even close to the burger that I ordered. Thankfully the sides and drinks were correct but that's all theygot right. It'll be a while before I go back unless they make it right somehow. Read more

I ordered a double and curly fry combo. I got a regular (not double) and the fries were not edible. They felt like they were... cooked several hours prior and tossed back in the fryer to make them hot. The food was awful. Never again! Read more

The speaker at the drive-thru was broken so customers had to order at the pick-up window. There was only 2 cars in front of me... and it still took 30 minutes after pulling in line to get my food. The food was barely warm and not really worth eating. Read more

I?ve been a customer of this Arby?s for years, but I?m about done. It?s my understanding that it?s under new management... recently, and it?s gone far downhill since. While I do appreciate that there is a working shortage, their is no excuse for notputting up a sign telling drive thru guests that you?re closed (12:30 PM Monday, 7/11). Last week they were closed untilThursday. The staff there used to be very friendly, and cheerful even during Covid. Now, not so much, even when open. And thenumber of times I?ve been in line at the drive thru, and watched people park and try to do dine-in, only to find the dinningroom closed, with little or no signage, is pitiful. McDs and BK are going to eat you alive. You?re doomed. PS: While I don?tpatronize a softer, I never have issues at the Arby?s in Columbus. Read more

Waited in line 20 minutes only to be told they dony have cheddar cheese for the beef and cheddar. Then they charge us for a beef... and cheddar. Plus we had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get our food.. with their service and the price of gas they shouldbe paying customers to eat there. Read more

I love going through the drive thru! There's always this one lady who maybe works mornings in between 11 And like 3pm but when... she takes our order she's super pleasant, gets the order correct and she asks about coupons, I never got her name but every timeI hear her come over the intercom I know it's the same person.line is usually long round this time but it moves pretty fast andthe food comes out hot and I've never had any complaints. So let's talk obvious... Covid precautions.. this Arby doesn't allow dining customers. So when I checked into the hotel next... door I thought cool, food is close. I don't have a car so I can't drive through, but that is their only option. The lady thentells me oh I'll let you do it today but it's a safety hazard.. again I get that but when your business puts these ridiculousprecautions still in effect how would you like me to get food to feed my children? Every other place is open and has maskrequirements. What's taking Arby's so long to catch up? 11 out of 10 would not recommend your business or will I return here Read more
