Most of the McDonald's I go to seem to have one issue or another always seems like we get the bottom of the barrel when it comes... to our fries they're usually semi-warm. I have now been twice in one day for breakfast and a late night meal. Breakfast was extraordinarily disorganized (for every... customer, not just us). For us, they put our food in the wrong numbered bag and then we had to wait forever until we finally hadto ask where our food was, and then received it cold. Simultaneously, someone else was complaining about their terrible serviceand not receiving their food, and we heard the ?GM? loudly tell that person that they were being disrespectful for asking tospeak to her supervisor. So, at that point we just walked out of the restaurant because it was too heated for comfort to dinethere after they raised their voices at each other. Then tonight, we just went again through the drive-through because it wasthe only late night option next to the hotels. We asked for Mcnuggets with honey and received honey mustard instead - which isvery different and honestly quite inedible. Why is every order they provide so icky? Sigh. I hope this place figures out theircustomer service issues soon. The McDonalds locations everywhere else in the country are significantly better than the onessouth of Indy these days. ???????? I try to be understanding especially to people that work in the food service industry but seriously, this place is a bad joke!... Always pulls us around to wait for our food and when they bring it out it is usually wrong. Food always half azz cold when itshould be hot and fresh. I called their 800 number and reported a terribly bad experience and the manager ended up contactingme. We spoke about quality and service and they even offered to mail me coupons. We never received any. Unfortunately thereisn't another McDonald's for a few miles so if this is your only choice beware! Read more
Worst experience ever. Order was completely wrong. Horrid customer service. Everyone working we're teenagers. Couldn't get our... order right even with our receipt. I will NEVER, EVER go back. I thought my other McDonald's experiences were bad! They lookgreat in comparison. Read more
Ordered a Bunless Big Mac with no lettuce, and I just have to say, the plating on this looks really fancy, like something from... Master Chef and I could not stop laughing about it. Tasted real good, too! Staff is always super nice and friendly when I go.They always get excited because I come in with a purse that looks like a happy meal box complete with Fry and Chicken Nuggetpouches lol. Fast service and food was fresh. Drink session was a little dirty.
Disgusting old over cooked hamburger with a hard bun. Went through drive thru literally 4 min ago. Fast food or not this is just... gross. Management should really be checking food quality before it's served. Read more
This was the dirtiest store i have ever been in. The women's restroom had the rolls of toilet paper sitting on the floor for... use, one was rolled all way to the sink from a stall. The men's from what husband told me, the urinals were plugged up wouldn'teven flush. The area you wait on for your order, there was napkins and food all over, tables had food from previous customers.Very disappointed over all and my hamburger meat was cold. We were traveling through so needless to say we won't stop hereagain. Tighten it up district and store manager. All I can give is 1 star, wouldn't give that if able to. Read more
