Stopped in for a quick lunch. Restaurant and restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
We came to this Taco Bell in a 43ft motorhome and the in store ordering was closed, we decided to walk through the drive through... and order the young lady told us it was a safety hazard and she couldn?t take our order as we weren?t in a vehicle (on footstanding outside the order window) she also gave us online ordering options but it wouldn?t take my Canadian card. we explainedwe had a motorhome and she looked at it through the window and said that?s okay just bring that through I told her that might bea bigger safety hazard but okay. We drove the 43 foot unit through the drive through and ordered when we got up to the windowshe told us we would have to come out to get our food and pay as she couldn?t reach our window I told her I think we should stayin the motorhome as I was informed walking up to the window was a major safety concern. She rudely said well then leave we can?thelp you. So I got out stood Infront of the window like I did half an hour before when I walked through to pay for our meal. This is the most exciting Taco Bell to order from! You never know what you're going to get. It's a real adventure. Sure, once in... a great while it's boring and they simply give you what you ordered and paid for. But most of the time you get to have anadventure. If you order something without lettuce you may just be in for a treat: extra lettuce! How wild! Or, if you orderwhatever and throw in a couple of 5-Layer Burritos... don't worry, this staff is there to make sure you stick to your diet!They're going to happily charge you for those burritos but, for your own good, they're probably not going to put them in yourbag. Ahh there nothing like heading to the ol taco bell to see if it's a hit or miss situation it's like scratch offs or collecting... trading cards got the the odds here on the side of the bell..estimated odds of finding a HIT!! (HIT are the days business isopen, fast service and taste dank as always very tasty)these ods are approximately 1; 7 Visits. *Every visit comes with amissing item(s) if items in said order are equal to or greater than 3. Look For the Rare pieces of printer paper with the words"lobby closed" approximately 1;12 visits. Borderline anarchy in Taco Bell which I guess is...normal? There was a lunch rush, but only one person on register (who was... doing her best to keep up.) They also had two self-service machines, but one was broken. The food was good once it came out, butit took a while. Also, in my head Taco Bell resides in 1993 so I'm always shocked that my $.79 taco now somehow costs $3. Read more
The customer service is lacking. No genuine anything. Then the lady at the drive thru just hands me the food and closes the... window. How lovely. I swear customer service was going down in before 2020, with COVID-19, its at a whole new level ofpatheticness. Good news, the drive thru line was quick. Seems rare at Taco Bell nowadays.
