In short, if you wanna have the taste of Szechuan this is the place. Specifically, tonight I ordered Mao Xue Wang from All Blue... through Doordash. Costs me 27 without tips and taxes, which is okay, nothing crazy, main dishes in Chinese restaurants areusually in this price range Packaging: overall good, no oil spilled in the hand bag. But, be mindful when opening up the lid asa little chili oil could spill Food: I enjoyed every bite of it! The portion size exceeds my expectation. I am a 21 years old,and I am so full eating this along with white rice( they do give a box of white rice that?s fat not enough considering howtasteful the food is lol). In addition, another thing I wanna give credits to All Blue is their ingredients such as duckblood(could be pork blood), spam, tripe etc. My initial impression after the first bite was this is sth I would get back inChina. Also I have had the same dish from Hoja(yea I?m a senior stuck on Livingston campus) and a few other places in Edison, and it?s not even closed. This place is such a hidden gem. I?d recommend the dish Mao Xue Wang to everyone who appreciatesSzechuan food! First time writing a review here, hope y?all get to try this place out! Read more

You don't come for the service, but you come for the sichuan food. The cold appetizers are good, I particularly like the spicy... shredded potato, spicy chicken, and the pig ears. The peppers a bit burnt so that impacted the flavor. The main course of stewedbeef was good but spicy, I wasn't as much a fan of the beef noodle soup because of the spicing. The sweet duck was a nice touchto balance with the spicy cumin lamb and the squid. Skip the clams in black bean sauce. The snow lea lead was cooked perfectly.Make sure you have some rice and maybe bring a bubble tea if you're not good with the spice like me. Everything is a bit on thespicy, salty and oily side, but you're eating out, not at home! Read more

If you don't like super hot food, this place is probably not for you. The fish is very authentically Szechuan (or Xichuan)... style, which means tremendously amounted of the garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppers that are liberally used. The dish willlikely bring tears into your eyes and make you reach for your teacups if you are not used to the taste. The dishes are seasonedheavily and every bite has a bite to your taste bud. I recommend the beef with dried bamboo shoot which was a special when wevisited. While the beef is slightly too salty for my taste, I can see hot food lovers really enjoy the dish. Read more

The food and rice served at this place reminds me of ?Chinese take out food.? The only difference is that this place serves the... food with a ?ma la? taste, which is a numbing spicy taste for those who don?t know. The food arrives pretty fast; it is veryclean inside. Read more

All the dishes pretty much are too salty for me, and I can taste the MSG they put in it. I'll not recommend unfortunately.
