I came in here today to pick up a third party order. On the door it clearly says it opens at 1045. I proceeded to the doors,... both were locked. As I knock on the door I can see people inside and a young lady instantly became irritated. She comes to thedoor with an attitude and proceeds to tell me they r closed when again the hours are right in front of me. I asked her why theywould be closed at 1115 am on a Monday, she states they?re running late. Now I wouldn?t have been so irritated about this ifthat same young lady had a bit of compassion. They are running late not me. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. If youdon?t like to give your customers great customer service you shouldn?t work in the food/retail industry. Read more

Though this is consistently the worse Chipotle I go to, my experience today was out of the world bad. Employees off the clock... cutting the line multiple times to get free food, no rice made, with my simple singular burrito order taking more than 15minutes with 2 customers in front of me. More attention was being given to the off duty employees horsing around than anyguests. Read more

Portion size is really small. You have to ask them to add extra rice or beans. Don't know why the staff can't put little extra... stuff. It's not like anything coming out of their pocket. Quality of the food is good. But they definately need to increasetheir portions. There was no one to clean the tables. Seems like they were sort staffed. Read more

All employees must be retrained by management. Toppings and proteins are always served in small portions with every takeout... order. Sometimes the rice was undercooked and rock hard. Something was always missing from the order. There will be no strawsserved here. Utensils are never placed inside the bag by employees. Chipotle should investigate this location as soon aspossible. The cashier was very nice and the food was good. The set up to get your food is a little confusing and took very long, but I... guess that's what you get in order to customize everything. I wish they were ready to help you out if you're new or if you havea big family, as I do. For intsance, at subway they ask you, what kind of bread would you like, what would you like on it, etc.They should engage the customers, especially when they see that they're new and don't know what to order. They should also beready to give advice, letting us know what is spicy and what is not. Also they forgot one of our orders, but we were at the foodcourt so we were able to easily get it. Read more

I ordered 3 burrito bowls, two of which were fine which is why I gave an extra star. However one bowl wasn?t even filled 1/2... way. The food In that bowl was no where near worth what I paid for it. Very disappointed. Read more

Visited Chiptole in Metuchen Shopping Center. I was very upset that they do not give change back if you pay with cash. So, if... your bill is 18.25 and i give them a $20, u will not get change back!!???? I got charged for Chips and Guac which i did NOTorder. I didn't see it on my receipt til a couple of days later. My friend and I waited in line for awhile while employees werestanding around talking and rapping to the music, while only one person was working. Customers did not seem important to them.Also, the music was inappropriate for a business setting. I love Rap, but not when it is belittling woman and has profanelanguage!! Will not be going back!! I don't even know where to start.... DIRTY, mess everywhere, piles of dirty and empty pans on the counter, employees are... wearing masks under their chins but what is more important they are serving food without any respect for customers. They arethrowing food into the bowls with total disgust look on their faces. No personal hygiene, loose hair, talking and joking witheach other while customers are waiting to be served.
