Ordered from Domino's been awhile and now i know i won't be ordered here anymore! Pizza tastes like cardboard, and it wasn't... cut so couldn't even pull of a slice, it also had no sauce on it, so it was dry which helped it taste like cardboard and didn'thave the cheese we ask for on it. I came in here ordered from the app. My food was ready in about 20 minutes so I ate at the store. There is only one guy making... all the orders. Understand this store has a labor shortage. Even with the shortage, the one guy making the orders attends to allcustomers with respect and puts his maximum efforts into making the food. My food was delicious, baked perfectly, and the besttasting dominos of every location I’ve been. I’m giving him five stars for being a star employee. Thank you Mohamed. Read more
Never have I ever seen a business get so many 1 star ratings and I got my pizza from here through Domino’s website and not... after checking Google or Yelp reviews. I usually order from Pizza Huts but wanted to give Domino’s a shot after having missedit for a long time. We ordered a large vegetarian pizza and the order was ready for pickup by the time we got there. The insideof the kitchen area didn’t look very tidy and it should have at least been concealed. The checkout was smooth but the pizzawe got home was only between a medium and large size that we had to call the store to confirm if it was really a large size. Thestore person said he would check what could be done since weren’t happy and took our number so that he could call us back. Weare still waiting for that call. My problem is not with the size but with the promise that a business cannot keep up. Anywaythe train has already left the station and won’t make it back here. Read more
I didnt realize how this store got such a low rating until I order. I dont want to tell how bad it is just see the below pics... then you got to know ( toppings may precious thats why very less and roasted completley). The employees were missing for a good while, they were somewhere in the back and kept me waiting. When I received my pizzas, you... can tell how lacking they were with the way they made the pizzas. I got a chicken and philly steak pizza, and they only addedlike 3 or 4 pieces of chicken and steak. I’ve been to multiple dominos and this has been the worst one. Ordered at 6:34 tonight according to my email receipt. I reviewed my address and callback number to ensure I didn't enter the... wrong ones prior to writing this review. The only reason I'm writing this review right now is because I've called the storenumber 3 times and each time I've waited 10 minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. This is the only way I could find totry and contact someone from the store or customer support, given how my night has gone. It says my pizza was undergoing aquality check at 6:51. It's now 8:15 and there is no driver attached to my order and it doesn't even say it's being delivered.So thanks for nothing Dominos. Thanks for the lack of communication and the lack of pizza I was hoping to have tonight. Edit 1:Now 8:31 and no response or change. I'm really upset. A fourth call to the store ended in the same manner. I should not haveexpected any different. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Edit 2: Now 8:47. No pizza. Also, whoever Anthony is,who quality-checked my pizza at 6:51...thanks for nothing. Definitely the worst experience I've had at any Domino's store. Howis this place still operating?! Edit 3: Pizza arrived 3 hours late. Driver name Roni opens with "I don't know if anyone calledyou to explain the situation..." What do you mean you don't know if anyone called me! No one called me. I called 5 times and noone answered. The cheese is dry now, the pepperoni and crust look burned. Pathetic! The wings are cold, the pizza is cold, mytwo sides of ranch are not here, the pizza is cut into a small grid...my chipotle arrived 10 minutes after the pizza did. Read more
I'm giving 3 stars bc of 2 reasons. I use the app & have an account through Domino's. My issue is delivery. It seems like every... time I get delivery, my cheese pizza has 1-3 slices with cheese and 4-8 without any. When I order and go pick up, it's perfectevery time. That's why only 3 stars. Read more
