One of the best noodle place in Edison. We had Lanzhou noodle, braised beef noodle, grilled gluten, Chinese hamburger, hot&... spicy chicken, crispy lamb chop. All of them were very good. Food has good portions and delicious. And they are not expensive. Iwould recommend. Read more

I got dry noodles. My noodles weren't fully cooked or close to slightly cooked. The flavors were bland and not spicy. I ended up... putting almost half of the chili oil that was provided on the table for more flavors. I ended up packing it up to cook it athome. Their buns were a little bit dry but delicious. Their chili beef was delicious as well. But the whole point of coming herewas for noodles. Read more

Ordered the hand pulled braised beef noodles (thick), Lanzhou beef noodles (wide), mouth watering chicken, and braised lamb... shoulder which were all so so delicious. I still cannot get over how flavorful the braised beef was. I will be trying my best tocome back here soon, because the only downside to this place is not having it closer to home ???? Read more

Consistent to the NYC dunhuang restaurants I’ve been to at East Village and Grand Central. This particular place in Edison is... open, clean, and a pleasant place for group meals. While most people I know usually get their staples (lamb kebab skewers, lambburger, signature noodles), I’ve found their flat bread soaked in lamb soup my absolute go-to. As a soup lover - this is acomfort food that has the perfect amount of meat and carbs that doesn’t make me feel terrible/bad after eating. Read more

Dunhuang offers great service. The food tastes okay. I wish there were more options when it came to meat on a stick. I wasn’t... impressed with the beef noodle soup and the zhejang noodles; there wasn’t enough flavor. Read more

I've been here countless times and keep coming back for the (refreshing) delicious beef noodle soup. I like the normal size... noodles and my husband likes them extra thin. The broth isn't heavy, looks pretty clear, but is full of flavor and notoverwhelming like ramen sometimes can be. One bowl is enough for me (and I've got a nice appetite) but for someone with a largerappetite it may be a little small of a portion size. We LOVE ordering the spicy beef cold appetizer. Since the cold apps arepre-made they always come out super fast and you can start enjoying your food ASAP. I love the shredded potato salad too - justlike my mom used to make at home. Crispy potatoes and a little vinegar makes a great combo. We've ordered the chinese hamburgerbefore but I can't say I'm a huge fan of them. Read more

The noodle here is pretty good, probably among the best I've ever had, the only problem is the portions are little small. The... lamb chop are alright and a bit expensive. Lamb skewers are above average. All in all a good restaurant. Read more
