Just stopped to try their Dunkaccino. It was good. Fast and friendly customer service. Easy to get in and out from the street.
This is my favorite dunkin spot I go here everyday. However, the past few weeks the drive thru is really bad. The speaker volume... is so low you can barely hear the crew taking the order. I talked to the crews and they said that the management is alreadyaware of the situation. However, it's been like two weeks that the drive thru is like that. It seems like the management is notreally doing anything about this situation. It's so bad because its slowing the drive thru and the crews are literally yellingso that I can hear them and repeat my order. I feel bad for the crews at this location. The drive-thru at this location is unbelievably slow. Do not go to the drive-thru before work, because you will be late to work.... This location has the slowest service of all the drive-thrus in any restaurant chain in any corner of the USA that I have goneto. The window has a sign that says ?be kind to those that show up to work, because the world is short staffed.? The problem isthis place was slow even before the pandemic. I?ve suffered here for 4 years. And this morning, I waited close to 20 minutes andI was only the 5th car in the line. I don?t like to leave negative review, but this morning was just too much. Do not order food from this Dunkin?!! They sold my girlfriend and I GREEN eggs on our breakfast croissants, then Refused to give... us a refund. There is no excuse for serving rotten food. This is the best dunkin in edison. Edward is always so sweet and so are all the drive thru workers. Anytime I go to a different... dunkin I get disappointed and say to myself this is why I only go to the dunkin on 27!! Their coffee is never watered downeither like some dunkins are! Read more
