Today I ask for two items and again they had it wrong. Upon arriving to window, they gave me a L iced coffee and the sandwich. I... didn't asked for ice coffee and they charged me $3.19 extra on top of what I got charged which is the normal price. An employeeby the name of Anu or Anuh took my card and stated she gave me a refund. I go ahead and check my bank transactions and I see anegative transaction. I told her she withdrew extra not refunded. She kept telling me she did refunded with such assurance. Itold her, firmly, if I call my bank and they tell me you withdrew more than what authorized, I will be back. I sat on parkinglot and decided to call my bank, got rep on phone and explained what happened. Long story short, rep told me that they in factwithdrew not refunded. I go in and ask to speak with manager and I try to explain to him the situation. He seemed to not knowwhat to do or say but I told him your employee Anu did not gave me a refund, she withdrew more money without my authorization.She did not gave me my money back and I have my bank on the phone to confirm it. He heard that I was telling him the truth. I amfed up of this employee saying she give refunds when she doesn't. This has not been the first time and I was not going to letthis one pass. Manager needs to train these employees correctly. Anu needs to get away from drive thru because she doesn'tlisten and puts in any order. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional!! Guys, check your receipt and bank transactions whengiving refund because more likely than not, you got punked out for more money that adds up when it's not the first time.Disappointed!! Read more
One of the worse Dunkin I've ever been to. Went through the drive-thru. It wasn't busy there were 2 cars ahead of me. The lady... is screaming through the mic to whoever she's talking to in there. My order was wrong. I asked for a caramel craze latte. Idon't even know what drink they gave didn't taste good at all had sprinkles on the whip cream. I asked for a tomato and avocadotoast they gave me avocado and bacon. Just 2 simple things and both wrong. I will not come here again. Do better Read more

Very nice and clean. As usual they always have our favourite donuts. The staff keep changing but every one is good.
Extremely good service in the early morning hours. Coffee was good and the Bagel was toasted perfectly. Consistently good in the... morning hours. Never been there during the later hours so cant comment on that. Read more
Poor customer service. I asked for avocado toast they just put the avocado on the bread without toasting it. I also asked for a... strawberry drangon fruit and my receipt said it as well. However, they handed me peach and then told me they didn't havestrawberry. I said well why wasn't I told that and the guy says I told you that. I said how could you have told me that when Ididn't even speak to you. REALLY??? then they had an attitude because I didn't want the peach drink.. UNbelievable!!! Now i'vebeen in the drive thru for 8 mins. I said can I have my food?? she said what did you order? Busy intersection. Be careful with all of the erratic drivers doing u turns and abrupt moves without signaling. Parking can get... busy depending on the time you go. Workers are not that friendly. Place does get messy - see picture. No one bothers to cleanthe area even though staff are not busy. Saw a staff come out of the bathroom wiping her hands on the back of her jeans. I hopeshe doesn't touch the donuts or make my coffee. There are about 8 tables with an average of about 2 seats per table. Ok placeto get a quick coffee but I tend to avoid it as much as possible and go to another DD. Read more
