I delivered through DoorDash and my order was definitely different that what I ordered. What?s the purpose of ordering if nobody... can get it right. If I?ve paid my money for an item when I get it it should be as ordered what I paid for. Manager told me it?snothing he can do because he has no driver. Went with the family to this IHOP, as we were staying nearby on a vacation trip and I had gift cards. It seems like an older... location that was a bit smaller than average, but we had no issues getting a table. Service was very good and the food qualitywas also good. I had a meal with the Cinn-a-Stack pancakes (I love breakfast for dinner!) which was tasty. Eggs were good andhot and done properly. No complaints! Read more

Food was good. Service in the other hand was bad! My husband requested if they can please sing me happy birthday, when he got... back to our table instead waitress came with the bill. So rude! He didn't make it a big deal just because he didn't want to ruinmy birthday. Read more
Horrible experience!! The food was delish! But I can?t believe the manager, owner and whole staffed ambushed me in the parking... lot for taking pictures of the restaurant inside and out. Wanting to go through my pictures on my phone! The manager of the daytime was the one that came up to my car window asking me to delete any pictures that included her, like if she?s not working ata food establishment in which people are going to take pictures to write reviews like me. Our server was Bella, servers hereneed better training, when asked for help all the servers will call her instead of helping out and had to call her so many timesbecause we didn?t get syrup, hot sauce my orange juice, water instead I was told every time I asked for something, ?anythingelse?? This IHOP is right across from Menlo Park mall. When I visited this IHOP, it wasn't crowded at all. We had very quite dinner and... customer service was excellent. I wish they check vaccination card and match with the ID of customers. Read more
IHOP is know all over for it?s good food and delicious pancakes. I visited this particular location on a weekend morning and let... me tell you, this place was overly crowded. The wait times were anywhere between 15-45 minutes and you cannot book a reservationonline or via phone as it?s a first come first served basis. This particular IHOP looked cramped with a small parking spacewhich gets filled very quickly on the weekend. Cars were lining up just to park. During my visit, we ordered the usual,pancakes, omelette, hash browns and fries. Everything was delicious. No complaints over the food. IHOPs are know for theirquality of food and this one checked that box for me. If there?s anything about this place that I would like to give me opinionon would be the parking and the capacity of operation. During my visit, all the tables around me seemed to be occupied, so I?mnot sure if do operate at some restrictions. The staff had all worn masks but after seeing the amount of cars and the peopleinside, it raises some questions surely. Read more
